It's UP to you whether or not you enjoy the world around you, TO be there with your loved ones year after year, after year. Our bodies are too incredible of a creation to be neglected. What better place
My approach to training can be compared to the construction of a home. You can't build a sturdy house without laying down a solid foundation. The same goes with building and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The three main tools we'll use, in order to build that sturdy home, is purpose, persistence and positivity.
