Quick tips for Easy Living Pt 1 of 4

Sometimes, all it takes is a small change to create a world of difference.

For example, going to bed just one hour earlier than usual could mean you'll have the additional amount of energy and focus needed to finish your entire to-do list. Now, you'll have a full slot of time to replace with anything else you'd like.

This month, you will be receiving some Quick tips for Easy Living...

10 Minutes vs. 3 Hours
Take the extra time to put items back after each and every activity. This avoids cluttering and will prevent you from having to spend hours cleaning up, due to the pileup, later.

Food as Medicine
Eat seasonally fresh and local produce! It's good for you. I promise. Begin to adjust your mindset to view food as medicine– every morsel you put in your mouth will either help you or harm you.

Remember, you can't take it with you...
Make life's experiences your focus instead of those material possessions. Believe it or not, this will help you with your overall mental health which will affect your physical health.

Where did I put those keys...?
Place your keys in the refrigerator next to your prepped meals. You won't forget them the next morning.

Breathe
When in doubt, take a deep breath. Expand and deflate the belly.

Bring it on
Welcome everything, be open to new ideas and opposing views. Operate at a place that expects nothing in return.

Next week, I'll be touching on more Quick Tips for Easy Living!
