Get Ready to Reflect

It comes faster than you think it will and it creeps up on you time and time again. Before you know it, the end of yet another year is approaching and the time to begin a new is right around the corner.

During this period, I like to take some time to reflect. Reflection helps me expand upon the learning I've received. It also allows me to review how much gratitude I have or should have practiced in this time.

This practice not only ends your year on a great note, but it also sets the tone for the year to follow.

These are just a few questions that can be useful when the time comes for you to reflect. However, what's that age old saying? …“When you fail to prepare, be prepared to fail"?

So, why not make this a habit now?

Start simple. Dedicate a few minutes every day to either write down or voice record your reflection of the prior day. Doing so will help increase your awareness and will help prepare you for a GREAT end-of-year reflection. This will contribute to that EXCELLENT game plan you’ll be preparing for the new year.

Take action,
Start small,
Start now.

You've got this!

Be Well,
Coach Chris
