Some of us are traveling to spend time with friends and family or planning to have a nice quiet holiday this week. What ever the case may be, take advantage of this time to, not only relax, but also to practice some of the things that you haven’t had the chance to in the last few, hectic months.

Take the time to notice where your mindset and overall stress levels are at. Check out your posture and how you’re breathing. Make sure to reset as you celebrate the closing of 2016!
Take a second to pat yourself on the back for this much earned time of relaxation. We tend to get so caught up in everyday life that self-compassion gets left behind.
