But ...why?

Have you ever taken a second and really asked yourself why?

Why did you get out of bed this morning?
Why did you feel the need to get up and get moving?
Why do you do what you do?

There's most likely a justifiable, surface reason—such as getting to work in order to keep food on the table. That may be reason enough for you to get moving. For some, it may not.
Practicing the necessary habits can be a difficult task to maintain when you don’t have a reason TRUE core reason for doing so—in other words, a true core answer to the question "Why?"...
You’ll know you’ve found your “why” when practicing your habits are as easy as getting up out of bed in the morning.

So, tell me...why did you get out of bed this morning?
