During this session, after we have a better understanding of your goals, we can discuss a program that best fits your needs.
You can expect the following from sessions with me:
Relationship Building. We will develop a personal connection that will serve you with the ongoing support needed to follow through with your progress. I will be there to hold you accountable towards your success, every step of the way.
Physical Assessment. We'll work together to get a better understanding of your physical strengths and weaknesses. We'll use both conventional and nonconventional measures to assess your current physical state.
Corrective Exercise. Any exercise provided and recommended by me is purposeful and designed to, not only help correct any physical imbalances, but to also help you develop strength and stability.
Nutrition Focus. As a Level 2 certified PN Nutrition Coach, I offer many different forms of nutritional aide (including a 12-month online program) that will help you build a solid base and understanding of nutrition.
